Interpersonal and Communication Skills in the Workplace
Proficiency in interpersonal communication and interaction with others is a prerequisite for employment. It covers both manners of speaking and disposition. It emphasises developing a personal rapport with people and upholding professional sensitivity. Conversely, a person's capacity for interpersonal communication is known as their communication skills. The majority of interpersonal abilities fall into one of four categories: written, non-verbal, listening, and vocal communication. Certain competencies, like stress and attitude recognition, are critical to every type of interpersonal communication. In order to help our students’ overcome obstacles and advance their skills, this course offers the following:Basic level sessions that focus on English grammar recall;
Intermediate level sessions that teach you how to construct sentences in everyday situations to enhance your interpersonal skills in the workplace, on the social scene, and in personal relationships.
Applied English: Sessions that use real-world scenarios to practice applied English
Excellent communication skills: We focus on attentive listening, appropriate communication techniques, friendliness, confidence, sharing feedback, tone and volume, empathy, respect, and responsiveness in our programs.
